Our Company Culture Committee polls employees’ interests to get everyone involved and runs a tool called Motivosity to help us encourage one another and celebrate everyday wins. With this peer-to-peer motivational app, we can recognize one another for helping to solve a tricky problem or commend someone on a positive attitude. It’s another way CMG practices its five core values not just externally but internally as well.
